Superhero-ism

God is with you. Let Him in.  Put on the cloak. Feel more than able and completely capable. Mountains are now anthills. Laugh off what used to scare you. Just make contact and watch the ball fly. With God by your side, what can stop you?

Relying on mere humans, relying on yourself, dicey at best.  Control your mind. Assemble a team of assistants if necessary. Assign more manageable tasks to your organized army of foot soldiers.

For me, this semblance has upped my output. My squad soothes my social anxiety just enough to unlock my personal strengths and potential.  I am over 20 years post traumatic brain injury after a car accident. My social skills are not all they could be partly due to my personal resistance to go with the crowd.  My squad currently consists of a few of my current therapists and trainers. It’s much easier to navigate my emotions and from time to time, frustrations with an open-eared bunch of supportive heroes opposed to quiet humans you have to assume responses from.
