Budding Rose

“Bee,” 🐝
I am ecstatic it was me you chose to land on this morning. You woke me up with a sweet buzz, saying “wakey, wakey.” I adored the outreach. So far this morning, I’ve washed my face, applied deodorant, sipped coffee, did 3 sets of 10 sit to stands, 3 sets of biceps curls, 3 sets of dumbbell shoulder presses and smiled through it all.

I hope you conquer everything in your path today. I have cognitive therapy this afternoon and an IM FIT class tonight. I am excited to share a bit about myself and my go to’s with you today. Featured in the pic is my “hive.” It’s actually the weight rack right outside my bedroom door and the weights I utilized this morning. The 10 lb plate is for plate raises. THIS is the result of properly funneled energy having a bullseye to aim at. See me through my slow learning, and we’ll hit the races faster than ever. Communicating directly is brand new to me, I tend to hide my face when I’m nervous. Do note, organizing my output better is an ongoing practice of mine. Excuse things not being perfecto yet! Mk?

Moving forward, start doing your best to share my STEM CELL TECHNOLOGY with your friends and family. Let’s all get ahead.

**Love on the Run**

Once upon a time in the bustling city of Fitropolis, where everyone was obsessed with squats, smoothies, and sweatbands, lived Kyle and Bree. Kyle was the owner of a unique fitness and medical equipment company called DirectDepositME. He had a charming smile, a six-pack that could rival a chocolate bar ad, and a passion for helping people get fit—mostly so he could have more people to race in 5K marathons.

Bree, on the other hand, was a yoga instructor with a knack for finding the perfect balance between zen and zest. She could downward dog her way out of any tight spot, and her laugh was so infectious that it had been known to cause spontaneous dance parties in the middle of yoga sessions.

One sunny Saturday morning, Bree decided to try out a new running trail that promised breathtaking views and a few cute squirrels. As she jogged along, she heard heavy footsteps behind her. She turned around, and there was Kyle, sprinting like he was being chased by a pack of wild protein shakes. Bree's heart raced—not just from the exercise but from the sight of Kyle’s perfect running form.

“Hey! Are you trying to catch me?” Bree teased, slowing down just enough for him to catch up.

Kyle, panting like a puppy, replied, “No way! I’m just here to make sure you don’t trip over a squirrel. They can be pretty aggressive!”

Bree laughed, and their banter quickly turned into a jovial competition. They raced each other along the trail, each trying to outpace the other while pretending their lives depended on it. As they reached the finish line—a picturesque spot overlooking the city—both collapsed in a heap, giggling like kids after a candy binge.

“Okay, okay, you win!” Bree conceded, catching her breath. “But only because I let you.”

Kyle smirked. “Right, let’s go with that.”

After their impromptu race, they decided to grab a smoothie at the local juice bar. As they sipped their drinks, Bree noticed Kyle’s eyes darting around the room, clearly looking for something.

“Are you okay? You seem a bit… distracted,” she asked, raising an eyebrow.

Kyle turned to her, his expression serious. “I just realized I left my DirectDepositME sales pitch at home! I was going to use it to impress you!”

Bree burst into laughter. “You were going to impress me with medical equipment?”

“Hey, it’s really cool stuff! You can run on a treadmill while monitoring your heart rate and blood pressure simultaneously!” Kyle defended, puffing out his chest.

“Honestly, that does sound kind of impressive,” Bree admitted with a grin. “But I think your running skills are more impressive right now.”

They spent the rest of the afternoon chatting, sharing fitness tips, and discussing their wildest workout fails. Bree recounted a time she accidentally knocked over a whole row of yoga blocks during a class, and Kyle shared his most embarrassing moment—tripping over his shoelaces during a marathon and landing face-first into a mud puddle.

“Surprisingly, I got a lot of followers on social media after that,” Kyle chuckled. “Everyone loves a good mud bath story!”

Days turned into weeks, and their gym sessions turned into dinner dates. They pushed each other to be better—Bree convinced Kyle to try yoga, and he dragged her to the weightlifting section of the gym, where she pretended to lift weights like a superhero.

One day, while they were jogging past the same spot where they first met, Kyle suddenly stopped and pulled out a small box from his fitness belt—a very unorthodox place to hide a ring.

“Bree, I know we’re both into fitness and all, but I think I’ve found my perfect match. Will you be my running partner for life?” he asked, his voice a mix of excitement and nervousness.

Bree’s eyes widened in surprise, and then she burst into laughter. “Did you just propose to me while we were on a run?”

“Hey, it’s just like a marathon! You gotta pace yourself!” Kyle replied, grinning.

“I’d be honored to be your running partner, Kyle,” Bree said, wiping happy tears from her eyes. “But only if you promise to always help me dodge aggressive squirrels!”

And so, amidst laughter and love, Kyle and Bree began their greatest adventure yet—one filled with sweat, smiles, and thousands of miles together. Who knew that fitness could lead to finding the perfect partner? Only in Fitropolis!
