Hi friends, I hope we’re all still at it, moving the marker and making notable gains.  I had PT this morning. I learned why wearing my knee brace on my left leg is so important. Turns out when your knee caves in your foot tends to flare out trying to compensate.   We, instead focused on some upper body exercises at the cables. 

I texted my cog therapist before session a list of activities including sit to stands with my walker as well as crutches, scripting and recording this clip, some brain games and standing tolerance at the rack.
