**ACT I:**
**"Cityville in Chaos: Dam Breaks, Hearts Shatter"**
Narrator: Cityville's dam has collapsed, flooding streets and shattering hearts. Panic grips the city.
Muscle Hero arrives, super strength saving physical structures.
Cityville Mayor rushes to him:
"Muscle Hero, thank heavens you're here! But fix their hearts too – they're beyond broken!"
**ACT II:**
Muscle Hero visits Cityville Library, seeking inspiration.
He meets Chloe (librarian) and her sister Chloe (visiting author).
Discovering a new book release, he picks up:
"'Literary Rules' by Local Author"
He reads aloud:
"'New form adjectives...
Nouns like creature & heatseeker sharing qualities...
Innocent nouns = descriptive words.
You, heatseeker.. Your, heat seeking behind..
VALID POETRY MAGIC!'"
Inspiration strikes – Muscle Hero grabs pen and paper!
**ACT III:**
Muscle Hero steps onto flooded streets, microphone in hand:
"Citizens of Cityville, gather 'round!
He recites his just-written poem:
"Cityville, heartseeker...
Your hope, our heat seeking behind...
Together we rise, hearts rebuilt, love aligned."
Citizens' eyes sparkle – hearts healing instantly!
Cityville Mayor thanks Muscle Hero again:
"How did you save them?"
Muscle Hero blushes, glances at BOTH Chloes, then focuses on ONE:
"'Literary Rules' saved Cityville...
but one rule saves my heart:
Meet me at the Gym Meet, Chloe!"
