I am highly motivated by our compatibility. We’ve yet to work together in person, but I do look forward to that happening soon! In today’s post, I want to explore and outline a few of the preferred exercises I can see myself tackling in the upcoming Races and Reps event I’m soon-to-be registered in. Besides the outlined, I want to add/ or modify my sets to include SLED PUSHING, PLATE RAISES, SIT TO STANDS, REACHING w/ dumbbells in my hands and CURLS, and BALL SLAMS!
