IM ABLE: Domination and Impact

Today's IM ABLE fitness class was a serious success! We kicked off with intense cardiovascular work, cycling through the rower, the glider, and the Skierg. I started my day commanding the glider for 10 full minutes—focusing on pure endurance.

The intensity didn't drop. Between cardio sets, we immediately transitioned to strength training using the weighted bar, dumbbells, and the weighted ball.

  • Weighted Ball Focus: We dominated core stability with Russian Twists, seated sit-ups, ball throws, and vertical raises.

  • Dumbbell Focus: We built upper body command with bicep curls, lateral raises, front raises, hammer curls, and reverse curls.


 

💰 $8,000 VICTORY!

 

The greatest victory came at the end: We gathered to celebrate the $8,000 check gifted to the foundation by the Hanger Foundation!

I'm incredibly grateful for everything the IM ABLE Foundation continues to do to serve the disability community! Cheers to them and cheers to the Hanger Foundation! Their mission is phenomenal: The Hanger Foundation supports the orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) community through grants, scholarships, and community partnerships that expand access to care, advance education and research, and strengthen nonprofit programs.
