Yesterday morning, I took an inspiring step forward by donating $25 to the October’s Fundraising Haul fundraiser I initiated for the IM ABLE Foundation. This small act is part of a much larger mission to empower individuals with disabilities through fitness and wellness. My day was nothing short of magnificent, filled with incredible workout sessions that reminded me of the power of community support and personal growth.
**A Day of Progress**
I had a fantastic day that included:
- A **baller physical therapy (PT) session** where I improved my statistics in the 6-minute walk test, showcasing the tangible benefits of consistent training and support.
- During **Cognitive Retraining Therapy (CRT)**, I paced myself effectively, an important aspect of managing my personal growth and well-being.
- I truly “kicked tail” at last night’s **IM FIT class**, pushing my limits and embracing the community spirit that the IM ABLE Foundation fosters.
These experiences are not just personal victories; they are a testament to what can be achieved with support, both through donations and through the programs offered by the IM ABLE Foundation.
