I loved learning you are one to do everything in your power to put your son's wellbeing first. Luck has it, my schedule for the foreseeable future has lightened up and allowed me to organize my output to my liking.
Long story short, I'd love to chat about figuring out a time to invite you and your son over to my place once or twice in coming weeks.
I just got my morning sets in, doing sit to stands, front presses, biceps curls and hammer curls. (All "super-lightweight" routines). I have even lighter weight dumbbells if your son isn't one to jump at
"intentional discomfort/ undue wear and tear" like me.
Preview of/ Likely Introductory Routine:
Apply one x39 stem cell sticker on L/R forearm or bicep (ON THE HOUSE).
DO 2-3 SETS OF 10 SIT TO STANDS
DO 2-3 SETS OF 10 BICEPS CURLS
DO 2-3 SETS OF 10 HAMMER CURLS.
