Summary of this comic episode: Muscle Hero thinks highly of himself being so dedicated to his routine. Meal prep is part of that routine. 3+ meals a day is warranted. As soon as he wakes up in the morning, he pushes himself to drink coffee and cranberry water to stay hydrated. By now, he is sure to have slippers or shoes on. While sitting on his bed, Muscle Hero fuels himself with a nutritional breakfast (some days eggs, and some days cereal with fruit)…Let’s see how Muscle Hero prepares for his next feat.

Scene One: Option A- Preparing/Focusing on Hygiene

Muscle Hero likes cinnamon toothpaste. That gives him a good burn. Muscle Hero tends to brush his teeth for 3 to 5 minutes and he likes to scrape his tongue with the tongue scraper.
Muscle Hero likes warm showers. As always it’s a good idea to have your washcloth and soap ready. Muscle Hero usually showers anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes. He tends to wash his hair before he washes his body. Showering is crucial for Muscle Hero to wake up fully in the morning by waking up his muscles and keeping himself fresh and clean.
Hopefully muscle hero remembered to lay out his outfit the night before. If not, all hell might break loose. Muscle hero always needs to remember to apply deodorant. That is crucial. His nails should be already cut so he doesn’t need to worry about that every day. Muscle Hero’s vitamin regimen includes vitamin D, fish oil, and calcium.
Muscle Hero rejoices, the first check box on his checklist of daily tasks can now be checked off!

Scene One: Option B- Preparing for Exercise

Muscle hero loves to work out. Being prepared, ahead of time is very important. He has to make sure his shoes are snug. He has to make sure his knee brace is on. He also has a gait belt that he needs to wear. He checks his environment to make sure all fall risks are null and void. He is excited that he remembered to bring his very own livegood energy drink. He thinks to himself: “Let the festivities begin.”

Scene One: Option C- Drafting and Publishing A Blog Post

Muscle Hero also benefits from communal support. He knows how important it is to pump others up. On his way to the gym, he half drafted a blog post in his head as an action call to motivate others to meet him there and get their shred on.
To prepare a blog post muscle hero logs into his blogging app. Muscle Hero is a fan of train of thought style blog post. He grounds himself and gets ready. He typically creates the script for himself such as “ hey guys it’s Kyle. I’m on my way to the gym. Meet me there.”
Through his blog posts Kyle is able to strengthen his communication skills, and up the ante on the rest of the gym rats.
