Hi, welcome friends!  IM excited. IM going to wait until I get home and comfortable to attempt reading this script on camera but..  IM smiling wide, almost giddy. Here, in the near future IM intentionally going to put my brave face on and start focusing on SLASH re-focusing my energy into pulling my bodybuilding poses in to alignment with and collide with my softer, more poetic/ romantic and vulnerable core ALL ON DISPLAY so hopefully each benchmark I reach actually sticks.

First, I’d like to acknowledge and give a shout out to all active players in this next episode of perpetual progress. NOTE: we enjoy wordplay and poetry. I encourage you to keep an ear open for that and root it on when you catch it.
